Tenge Law Firm LLC is a boutique injury litigation firm based in Boulder, with additional offices in Denver and Fort Collins. Personal injury and insurance-related cases are all we handle — it's the only area of law we practice, and we built the firm this way on purpose.

Attorney J. Todd Tenge founded the firm in 1992. More than three decades later, the firm is still led day-to-day by Todd himself, supported by a team of attorneys, paralegals, and staff who work each case together rather than passing clients between departments.

We focus specifically on serious personal injury and insurance-related cases. Cases like car, truck, and motorcycle accidents; bicycle and pedestrian accidents; premises liability and slip-and-falls; dog bites; product liability; and wrongful death. We don't handle medical malpractice, family law, probate, or general civil disputes, but we're always glad to help point you in the right direction if your situation falls outside what we handle.

Will I be working directly with an attorney, or will my case get passed around?

J. Todd Tenge is personally involved in every case our firm takes on, supported by a team who stays familiar with your file from start to finish. You won't be transferred to a new attorney partway through, and you won't be chasing down someone new every time you call.

How long will my case take?

It depends mainly on how long your medical treatment takes and how quickly the insurance company responds once we're ready to negotiate. We won't rush your case, or you, through the process. We'll keep you updated at each stage, and we're always available if you want a status check in the meantime.
