Nina has been an integral part of the Tenge Law Firm team since 2014. With over a decade of dedicated experience in personal injury law, Nina has established a robust reputation for delivering exceptional support and expertise. As a Senior Litigation Paralegal & Director of Operations, she plays a pivotal role in managing complex personal injury cases, from initial client intake through settlement or trial.
Nina’s deep understanding of personal injury law enables her to navigate the legal landscape with precision. Throughout her career, Nina has demonstrated a profound commitment to advocating for clients' rights, providing invaluable support to attorneys, and contributing to the successful resolution of numerous high-stakes cases. She is adept at working under pressure and thrives in fast-paced environments, where her problem-solving skills and thorough knowledge of legal procedures shine.
Nina received her Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida, where she graduated cum laude. She is Co-Chair of the Boulder County Bar Association Paralegal Division. She is also a paralegal member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association. She attends several CLE's annually, staying abreast of industry developments and best practices.
When not in the office, Nina enjoys spending time with her husband, son and two dogs. She enjoys hiking, indoor cycling, and traveling, reflecting a well-rounded approach to work and life.
