- All motorcycle riders aged 17 and younger must wear a helmet.
- All motorcycle riders must wear eye protection.
- All motorcycle helmets sold in the state of Colorado must be approved by the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT).
- Riders are permitted to wear helmets that contain speakers.
