Mail

The City of Boulder also permits requests for accident reports completed by mail. The same Request for Police Report Form must be completed and mailed to the Boulder Police Department Records Unit at 1805 33rd Street, Boulder, Co 80301. You must also provide a self-addressed stamped envelope with a check for $5 for the first ten pages of the report and $0.25 for each additional page.

In-Person

You may also obtain a copy of your Boulder Police Department accident report in person at the Boulder Police Department located at 1805 33rd Street, Boulder, Co 80301. Be sure to bring money for payment of $5 for the cost of the Boulder accident report. The Records Department is open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday through Friday.
